The first sibling in our Elberberry shrubbery offerings, has wonderful tropical, slightly lychee-esque flavors augmented with the addition of St Germain liqueur.  Born in the rolling hills of the Pennsylvania Lehigh Valley, we carefully pluck these flowers from the tops of the trees allowing those lower down to develop into the berries that we use later in the year for our Elderberry Brandy jelly.  Use as a honey substitute, or with soft cheeses for a delicate flavor pairing.
