This puppy carries a 1, 2, 3 punch. Starting out with herbaceous cilantro and basil, for a clean front palette. 2nd comes the warmth from the cumin and coriander, lastly comes the habanero heat, it’ll build and linger before mellowing out. How to use it? Our production manager swears by sammiches, but he’s also partial to using the spread as a binding agent on rack of lamb instead of mustard……..but you do you baby!!
